The macaron is made everyday in our factory, we bring an authentic haute patisserie française to classic flavors from the Australian Palate. They come in enticing soft colours, delivering a tempting aromas and myriad of delicious character.

Each color is a different flavour. Our classic flavours are chocolate, pistachio, raspberry, coconut and lemon. Every month we create a new flavour macaron, tickle your taste buds with our exciting new products! At Twist N’ Roll we love your feedback and suggestions; Therefore, we are running a competition this month to find a new flavour! Email through your ideas and details through our website. If your flavour is selected you will receive a variety box of 30 Macarons including your flavour!

The macaron is perfect with a good coffee or tea. In France, especially in Paris, we use to enjoy a gourmet coffee as this declicious snack give you a boost for your day.

The cake is a big macaron with a special cream inside: "mousseline". Feel free to choose the flavour of the shell and the flavour of the filling. We recommend you the Pistachio macaron with a chocolate filling and some raspberry to improve the taste.
